I understand that the nature of my repairs were not usual for your dealership. But NOah persisted to find a solution, all the while assuring me that Hannah would fix our Rialto. Though it took several weeks, Noah tried solution after solution until the repair was accomplished. The vehicle operated just fine on the 2300 mile drive home. Many thanks to Noah and Hannah VW. You don't need to contact me about this, but it would be nice if you guys are running late to call me and say so. This is my 2nd encounter with you guys and each time it was told to me that things would be done at 1pm-ish and that wasn't the case. The first time it was 2 hours later and today was 3hrs later. Don't say things are going as planned and everything will be on time. Say it may take longer because of the things we need to do to your car. Just be honest! I've worked retail/service for 10yrs and honesty is always the best. Also it was sorta annoying to call and ask about my status of my car and told I would get a call back. I never got it and waited an hour to call and ask again. It won't stop me from coming back though. I really do like you guys. And again, you don't have to call me about this.
