I brought my car in without an appointment and Carl was very helpful and courteous and friendly, and I didn't wait that long. I keep coming back there because I trust the work and the people.
No respect for customer time. No appointment necessary, means long wait. Not interested in doing the work right. Dismissive attitude to female customer. Teach your service writer what a slow leak in a tire is. I know everything in your service department is slow, so learning what a slow leak should be easy.
Was hoping to full inspection on my battery, considering I mentioned my situation regarding the battery dying. A tad over charged with the wiper blades. I would have put them on myself.
Lesli provided excellent customer service along with all staff members that I came in contact with. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. I hope my Touareg doesn’t have to come back for service too soon but if it does, I know I’m in great hands.
