It is the small things all the time that makes the biggest impressions. I keep a very busy schedule as most do. I look forward to visiting your service center and having some quiet time early in the morning when I get my oil changed every few months. My car is usually dirty when I bring it in as I maybe get the chance to wash and vacuum it only once or twice between visits to you for the oil change. So I was disappointed when I was in for my last oil change and after paying and going to get in my car I noticed that it was not washed or vacuumed. I was given wash coupon as I was getting into my car. It is not the end of the world but it is a service that I enjoy because it saves me the time of having to make another stop and also having to do the vacuuming myself since they don't do that at the car wash. Thanks for the great service and I will see you next time.
She was a delight. Tried to figure out what to do about my fob problem. Instead of just charging me or guessing she asked several people. She is the reason I would come back. Exceptional service.

Dayton Wong was professional, offered clear explanations, was responsive, and kept me regularly updated. I was especially pleased that he and the service technician did not push additional services that weren’t needed (changing brake pads, etc.). The technician diagnosed the engine problem quickly, made the necessary repairs, and tested the vehicle before releasing it. The overview of the “health” of the car at the end of the service is reassuring and helpful for planning future maintenance.
As a former service manager and a 5 star rep for Chrysler, dodge and Jeep. I was pleased to see such an eager and well prioritised service advisor. I spent may Year's training many individuals to work in the drive and prosper. Mr. Wong showed exemplary work keeping in touch with me and making me feel as if I was his only customer. In today standards that's a very hard task to do with service advisors. Although I do a lot of my own work he explained the service in detail and made value service point on all my serves and was very eager to provide that upsale customer service.
