The service itself today Buzz just fine. My complaint has to do with the service prior to the appointment. When I made the appointment I asked for a call from the service department to tell me what level of service the car was due for and was promised that would happen. In the next 3 days, it did not happen. When I received the reminder phone call on the day before the service, I asked again for a phone call from the service department to tell me what level of service the car needed. Once again I was promised that I would get that call on that day. It didn't happen again.
