Today Rob went above a typical customer service experience for me. My car battery died and unbeknownst to me the warranty for it expired two weeks ago. Also my car is not an Acura but a Hyundai. And although I bought it there he found me a battery specific to my car promptly. I also thought I had until Friday before that warranty expired. On my behalf, he pleaded my case with his supervisor and they graciously provided a new battery at no cost to me. He kept me informed of everything and although I dropped my car for a later pickup, he had it ready far before I needed to pick it up. The entire service department was friendly and professional. Multiple times I was offered a beverage and snacks. Thank you Rob and the team at **** Hannah Acura.
Later that day, the car had the same VTM-4 error and drove wildly and veered right. So the problem has not been identified or fixed despite the fluid exchange. Lets try this again, pleaese.

So I appreciate you getting it done as quickly as you could, getting us the loaner, and knocking a bit off the total. The car drove great on the way home even though the traffic was horrible. I have been somewhat disillusioned with Acura, and was considering switching brands soon. But my last 3 visits to the service department, specifically working with Brandy, have changed my mind! The level of service and care I received far exceeded my expectations. Brandy was thoughtful, kind, professional and a delight to work with. In her absence Hollie stepped in and was equally as delightful. I’m grateful for the service I received. I do hope that both Brandy and Hollie will receive big accolades for being wonderful!

Rebekah was great. Somehow I scheduled my appointment at another Acura dealership. Instead of turning me away she was able to work me in and even get me a loaner car. Although it had to be my fault she said it was probably their scheduling error and wanted to make it right.
I live in Wilsonville so it isn’t easy for me to get to your dealership. I really appreciated her working with me. It was a huge timesaver.
Hollie ****was great! My appointment happened on time and I was on the road promptly. It’s great that the WiFi in the waiting area is so fast. I was able to be productive while waiting. Nice facility and great service!

I asked the service contact to have the rain wipers replaced and while taking the car into the, I saw him removing the inserts, and I see a scratch on the windshield due to running the wipers without the wipers during the aervice. They were only inserted when I checked them during the end of the service.
