Had to bring a pet to Ptld for emergency surgery. While waiting I dropped by the service dept & asked if they had any time to perform service on my vehicle. They got me right in & I relaxed in the comfortable waiting room where I helped myself to coffee at their free coffee bar. Caleb went over the inspection results & an issue came to light regarding my prior service visit. He made things right without question. Nobody likes when repairs are expensive but having a great team that works with the customer does in fact alleviate any stress. I can truly say that each visit hast left me 100% satisfied.
You guys are the best and we won’t go anywhere else.
