Aside from the guy that approached me when I was coming back to pick up my car, and asking me "how did you get here" clearly accusing me of being homeless, it was fine. I mean, this in no way reflects the service department. Everyone there is great. I had been camping for a week and this was the best opportunity to have my repair done. Just because I'm a little shabby looking doesn't mean I'm homeless and looking for something to steal in the Acura lot. I was tempted to just go along with the misconception but decided I just wanted my car. Let you sales staff know that some of the shabby looking folks out there are not poor and despite appearances, could buy the dealership and fire them.

Caleb was polite, attentive, and easy to work with. What I dont understand is why it took two hours to get an oil change and inspection. What is the point of making an appointment for service and having to wait two hours to get my car? That has nothing to do with Caleb who was considerate of the time it took.
