We were not able to get the problem fixed in one visit and without a lot of unnecessary hassle. We are still having to come back in for a second time to get someone else to help.
Brandy made the service experience an enjoyable one. She gave exceptional customer engagement every step of the way. For example, she was quick to order a replacement trunk piece and gave me the precise day and time when it would come in, and set-up an appointment for me within the week to have it repaired. I always feel well taken care of with Brandy in the driver's seat (no pun intended)!

But I have a few questions as to the Quote I was given on my TPMS light that was on ....
I was told it would cost me per your paperwork 786.00 dollars to replace all 4 sensors well I am taking my vehicle in tomorrow to have 1sensor that is bad replaced for 70 dollars so I will be contacting your Sevice Mgr tomorrow after I get off work to have a talk with him . I'm not happy ....
You may of lost me as a customer forever and I will write a review on your deceitful practices . I was and am very upset .
