Everything was taken care of for my recall. Nice loaner car for the day, wash and vacuum of my car, and no pressure was put on me to pay for expensive services I may or may not need. Gives me new faith in auto dealerships.

I appreciate all the hard work she did on my behave. I purchased this vehicle about a year ago and have been in the service department way to much. Having to continue bringing back my car is not a good look for my co workers to hear taking the car back to the dealership again. Very bad look for Acura. Please let me stress that Brandy did a wonderful customer service job today. Still a little bitter about what went down in the past and still not sure if it's fixed. It got to the point I just gave up. Exhausted with the whole process in the past. Sorry if I jumped around but there was/is so much to say.
