My appointment was at 10:30 AM. I showed up before then and tried to check in but the service rep said someone else was going to check me in and told me to wait in the lounge. At 10:50, no one had shown up yet so I went outside to inquire. Sabrina said she was just coming to check me in. Since I had an appointment, I don't feel it's reasonable to have waited 20-25 min to be checked in, especially when the customer who showed up after me got checked in and got service started before I got checked in.

The length of time we had to wait was unreasonable and a loaner car was not offered. As far as the our service Mgr, James, he did the best he could in keeping us updated and was very pleasant to work with

I wasnt happy with my bill at all they have alot of permotion that i could use but they didnt accept it i can explain on the phone and i really dont want recomment this dealer for service to any one the servoce is good but the price not at all i have to get another code from ron tonkin acura so theu can match that and i really dont get that both company working on the same car same work on the car same code A14 but diffrent price

They let me leave my car over night for service, were honest about repairs and cleaned my entire car in and out just for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. They were also half the price of everywhere else.

In the future make it more clear if you intend on keeping the customers tire. It definitely sucked to have to make an extra trip across town in the afternoon to pick it up. : (

Service was great, BUT please dial back the number of communications. To get a simple oil change, I received multiple emails, texts, and calls. To the point of being annoying. I was in the shop for an hour and receive 5 messages!

The service Brandy provides me is second to none. I asked her today if how long she had been working there and I was surprised that she has been there December of last year. She is well versed and very knowledable! She is Great!

Mason was awesome. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the time he took to go over the service offered by Acura. This was my very first service with my new RDX. I loved the waiting area and personnel I interacted with.
