Our vehicle service was excellent. On the other hand, customer service was not. When arriving at the express service our greeting was , "What are you doing here?" We said we wanted our oil changed. She didn't talk to us anymore and had a service lady behind the counter help us. As we sat in the lobby, we observed the original rep with her courteousness with other customers and offering all of the commodities while they were waiting. This was our second oil change here and we came back because we were greeted and treated excellently. This time unfortunately prejudice and discrimination was how we were greeted.

My only complaint is how long it took. I was the first person and I had a 7am appointment. I was told an hour. I didn't leave until 10am. People were coming and going while I sat and sat. I had to go to work and missed half a day. The last time I got service I had an appointment for 230pm and i didn't leave till almost 8. That's crazy!! I can get an oil change anywhere in 30 minutes or less. The time it takes here is outrageous. They always do a great job and I don't have to worry about the work but I've learned it's going to be hours and hours to get it done.
