I am so upset, disappointed, disgusted, outraged with the dealership of **** Hannah of Portland. My husband went on Friday to have Service completed on my car. He waited there. We normally don't wait but get a loaner car. Since it only need to know oil change my husband thought he would just hang around. After about 20 minutes or so He got up and started walking around The dealership. And the cops were called on him. Not one but two were called. I find it hard to believe that a customer of **** Hannah for over seven years needs the cops called on them when the car gets serviced. Especially since we brought in numerous friends and family members to purchase vehicles there. There weren't any signs anywhere saying that people could not walk when my husband was. I have to say that there are no words of what you guys did. Put yourself in my husband shoes and see how you would feel. I'm really thinking about selling this car and purchasing something else. I will never purchase another Acura again.

I had called to make my appointment 2 weeks ago. When I got there they did not have me in the system but took me anyway, which I was grateful for since I come from the westside. My only complaint was the email I got while sitting in the waiting room to review all the charges and approve/decline things did not match what we had talked about. What we had talked about and I approved verbally is what showed up on the final bill but the discrepancy was almost 400.00 different from what was sent to me. I do like the new system but it needs to interface better with what is on the technicians screen

I love the new system that sends you the link with the recommended repairs. That gives me time to really make my decision without feeling pressured to do accept services that I am not ready for.

The transmission in this "premium car " is still not fixed. The driving experience is not pleasant as the pictures in the Acura advertising shows. It hesitates every time I accelerate. This is not normal. Acura company is not correct.

We usually go to Ron Tonkin Acura because that's where we bought the car but have been to **** hanna a couple times due to scheduling conveniences. I saw Sabrina both times and am very impressed with her professionalism as well as sweet demeanor. I think we will be coming back to **** Hanna's Acura for our next service. Thank you! Esther
