James was fantastic, did a great job of estimating the cost and the time required and delivered the service early that expected. The entire Acura of Portland service center team has been top notch for servicing my vehicles over the 15 years I have been a customer.
Brandy was great. The option to have other work done was nice. I was asked if I wanted the car washed and.vacuumed. I said yes, it was not. While I understand with the ash they might not wash, what I encountered was a filthy, mechanic touched door handle. Gross, that was not positive. Plus my seat was left for a very tall person. The door handle is what was irritating. It would have been easy to wipe off. It also would have been easy to tell me they didn't each the car because of the ash, but they didn't.
More work to do and I'm happy about it
