I was disappointed since I took the time to schedule an appt and, after the approx time she said my car would be ready, my car hadn't moved and I wasn't given any update. They did make it right and I will give the service dept one more chance. I've gone to Tonkin Acura for over a decade and, with free oil changes, they've always treated me with utmost priority. I did not feel that way today. It took 3 hours total for a simple oil change.
Upon arrival, Brandy was very helpful, and aware of what was needed. She got me in and out for all of my needs, promptly as well as keeping me up to speed on the state of my vehicle throughout the service. Very positive attitude, very helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Will absolutely come back in part thanks to her.

Will is an excellent advisor. He is honest and truthful when asking questions. He takes the time to explain what you might not understand and his knowledge base for cars is noticeable. I have great service every time with Will and plan to continue to keep him as my service advisor. He is someone who respects the client and their time and that makes me appreciate his work ethic that much more.
Everything was checkout that I requested and a printed report was given to me explaining what needed to be repaired and cost.
