When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically said what I needed done to my car. I took time off work, and when I got there they did not have the fog light cover that I had already said I needed replaced. Now I have to take even more time off work and come back for another appointment to get that part put on. I was very disappointed that what I scheduled my appointment for was not communicated to the service department and it is now wasting my time. I was also told that I need a new battery immediately, but when I got my car inspected less than a month ago and my battery came back with zero problems, so it makes me wonder if I actually needed a new battery.

Every time that I come to get my car serviced i am always greeted and taken care in a professional way . It was great except I left my phone number and said I was going on a walk. I was told the service would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I came back after a little over an hour had passed and sat in the waiting area. At the 2.5 hour mark I was getting close to a conflict with other appointments so I checked in with staff. They said my car had been ready and they didn’t realize I had been back.
I am not sure how long I waited needlessly. Maybe not long, but I was always assured that during these transactions you either get someone calling you in the waiting area or calling your phone when the vehicle is ready. That was frustrating. Time is precious. Also, I had to wait for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there when I came initially. Not sure I’ll be back.
