I dropped my car off for an oil change and Hollie communicated with me throughout the whole process, which made my experience easy and convenient. I was able to pay over the phone after the service was complete, picked up my keys and car, and was quickly on my way. Thanks, Hollie!

I was great service, they have car available for me to borrow. They got the job done right. Also the waiting room so nice and clean. Some snack add along with beverages would be awesome.

Recommend better communication and follow-up in keeping the customer informed as to the progress of a repair job. If you guys decide that you need to keep a car overnight, telling the customer as soon as possible is a good idea. Returning the customers phone calls in a timely manner is another good idea. Calling the right number (aka the number the customer provides three times) is also a swell idea.

From the person that helped me with the battery issue (who was also very informative) to the guy that brought me coffee, to the shuttle driver who helped me carry in my daughters belongings when I had to come back with a car seat.... everything was excellent. We’re recent transplants from Hawaii and we loved Acura of Honolulu and Acura of Portland made it a seamless transition.

Professional yet friendly and welcoming from the start. Even before Brandy came into the picture. I mentioned the coffee machine was down. When I entered the room next it was fixed. Don't know if it was Brandy's doing or not but nonetheless impressive.
