The girl who helped me was great but when I got my car back my alignment was very off. So much so that I noticed it as soon as I drove the car away. I took my car straight to firestone where I had my alignment done a couple weeks ago and they said someone at the dealership had messed with something they shouldn't have without a doubt. They said my alignment shouldn't have been so off so soon after getting it done. I could feel the difference when driving it right away. I had asked for a tire rotation and oil change, I have no idea why the mechanic was messing with my suspension. I am extremely upset.
