I brought my 2017 RDX in to fix a rattle which has been a reoccurring issue since I purchased the vehicle. Despite the service department's efforts, it continues to be an issue. However, I thoroughly enjoy working with Sabrina on this issue. She tries really hard to provide a good customer experience.

I was told my car was almost complete, it just needed to be washed, I waited 30 more minutes. I was then told my car just came from washing and was ready. After paying (I was here for an A1 service), I went to my car which was CLEARLY not washed. Now, I wasn't so upset it wasn't washed (it's been raining), I was upset I waited an additional 30 minutes for clearly no reason. Customer service is why I come to **** Hannah, this was the poorest I've had.

james took care of the omissions by service folks, for example the 75000 mile service signal was still on when I started to drive off, I put the passenger seat up myself, not sure why it was down in the first place. James is very personable.

Brandy was great! Disappointed in the fact that the problem of our car engine completely stopping, as well as radio, fan-everything at a stop light and then difficulty getting it started again. It was not the just the automatic idle feature, as the car went “dead”. By not finding the reason, it does give us less confidence in driving our car and hoping we don’t get stuck somewhere and not able to get it started again. Thank you!
