All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful, service was prompt, Sabrina was very pleasant and accommodating- I appreciate getting my car fixed the same day so I did not have to leave it behind especially since a loaner car was not available. Dustin the mechanic was quite knowledgeable, patient and listened carefully to the complaints, the problem was effectively fixed since I don't hear the rattling sound anymore, hopefully the fix will be long-lasting and it won't recur.

James was very understanding as I was late to the appointment but a DAY late! I wrote down the wrong day. He said they could still do my airbag. I was so thankful. There were more things wrong with my car as expected and the system that you use it very user friendly but James sat down with me and explained what could wait and what couldn’t.
He is also arranging an estimate for my windshield. He was so polite and understanding of my lack of knowledge and I appreciate that. Great employee!

When I got my car back the inside of my car was very dirty and greasy on the side panels of my car. I feel like when your having work done they should be making sure that they clean any marks from getting in and out of the car. Both Holly and Brandy were excellent and I have no complaints with them at all. Brandy gave me a coupon for a car wash which was very nice and thoughtful. I didn't realize how dirty the inside of the car was until I was driving. Other then this complaint I am pleased with the Acura dealership.
Was under impression I would have had a car wash with the service and when I came to pick up the car it was not washed. Not a huge deal but from a service perspective it was something I expected to happen. Thanks.
