Placed three phone calls for the status of our car repair and did not receive a single response back. I realize you are working hard a completing tasks on time but communication with your customer is important. You may know everything is ok, but we didn’t.

I made an appointment and made sure parts were available. All I needed was a new battery. With an appointment, it took over 1.5 hours to trade batteries in my vehicle. That's pittiful.

The service took a long time. 2 hours to change engine oil. Then another hour to change tires but only after I went to inquire about progress. It just seems like they were not working very efficiently. Thanks for inquiring.
