Chad gave exceptional service you don’t usually get at a dealer. I drove from Hillsboro to DH instead of going to Ron Tonkin because of his phone abilities and he delivered as he promised.

I was told that my rear brakes needed replacing. I’m curious since 60% of braking is done with front brakes, how is it my rear brakes need replacing and my front brakes do not?

Hollie was great and felt she worked hard for me. She explained all the recommended services for my vehicle and why I might want to consider having them done now instead of later. Sam was also great in stepping in for Hollie when the service was completed and Hollie was out. I’ve been having my Acura serviced with **** Hannah since 2007 even though there are much closer dealerships to where I live in SW Portland. Always excellent service.
