I am upset that I had to come get my vehicle serviced after purchasing it less than two months ago. The car looks nice but that sweet mildew smell is a bit less than satisfactory.
I call in to make an appointment for a auto transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change for my 2013 MDX. At that time, the lady told me it should be $136.00. but when I check in, they charge me for $174.
James, as always, is very accommodating to customer needs. Very accurate on estimated shop time durations and he keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle with timely updates each time I bring it in for service. His very pleasant demeanor and personality convey that he cares that his customers are satisfied with Acura of Portland/**** Hannah auto service.

Caleb was welcoming and professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel important and taken care of as a customer. Caleb took the time to go over information with me even though I arrived one minute before the Service Dept closed. I left feeling valued as a customer.
