Everyone was fantastic ! James received our car, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to the detail. Chad met us to review the car inspection items that needed attention. When we got our car back, James explained some items that may need to be replaced within the next service or two. The lady who drove the shuttle was also phenomenal although I don’t remember her name, I know she is the one with the desk closest to the entrance. It was my first time at this dealership as I just moved to Portland and I will certainly be back from now on for service and car upgrades. Keep up the outstanding work.

Chad was great. I have no complaints about him or the **** Hannah staff. However, the handsfreelink software compatibility list is so far out of date that the majority of smartphone users' devices are "non-compatible" and that is disappointing. There was no support or software update options offered to me because my phone is supposedly incompatible with my car. It made me consider trading my car in for a brand that I know works better.

I appreciate the thorough investigation of the noise and replacement of timing belt etc. I was shocked that an Acura would have this occur at 25,000 miles. grateful it was repaired.
