I asked to have my car back by 12:00pm I finally got it about 1pm causing me to reschedule an afternoon appointment I have never had a great experience at this place.
Both Brandy and Brandon were exceptional. Really great experience.

I am a returning customer, and I enjoy the respect, and courtesy your employees, at this location provides. Brandy takes her time with me, and does not rush me to decisions. Excellent customer service. Best my wife and i have had in awhile. Very accommodating as well as kept us informed along the way. We just went to get new tires but they check the entire car over. It was a little overwhelming to hear about all the problems it had (03 mdx) but felt good to know what needs to be done to have it back to being 100%. However probably will being doing just the wheel bearing. Overall very satisfied with how well everything went. Everything went as planned and ended up saving a few buck because i wanted to keep the tires. Thanks James!

My batterie light came up, so I called acura and someone from the call center told me just bring the car in and they can diagnose it and I won’t need an appointment for repair. So I brought the car in, had the b1 service completed since I’m there and the battery light was due to a bad alternator. The service guy told me there’s no guarantee the car will be fixed without an appointment and no loaner car available and no more shuttle service as well. So I ask him how soon do I need to fix the alternator and he told me I will be ok for a week. Needless to say, my car died the following morning and luckily I had AAA so they towed it back to Acura to get it fix. So they replaced the alternator but when I picked up the car, the front was making a rattling noise everytime I accelerate and the noise was never there before. So I bought the car back in for the technician to look at it. I spend almost $800 for the repair, I can’t imagine what kind of professional technician don’t test the car after the repair to make sure is fixed property. I also found dirty oily finger prints on my leather and I had to clean it. Very bad service and poor knowledge and advice from the service guy. I world of had to spend even more money on the towing fees if I didn’t have AAA.
