My only problem today was the fact that I was asked when I wanted to pick up my car. Mi said noon would be great I was told that should be no problem. Needless to say my car was not done until after 1:00 so I had to have sone else pick up my daycare kiddo from school.

The people were nice enough. I just had the same issue, two weeks after it was fixed the first time. Chad was great help but clearly it wasn’t looked into that well the first time around if the same issue happened again. I can just hope that it doesn’t happen a third time. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for how much I paid for my 2018 Acura TLX, I expect a little bit of security in the fact that it won’t break down just within 4 months of purchasing. And not just one way but twice.
Sabrina has been taking care of me and my car for 5 years and has been doing a great job the whole time. I’m a little sad that I don’t think I’ll be visiting Hannah Acura again. Its only because I’ve moved though. Anyway Sabrina has always been kind and understanding and easy to work with. And so is every Hannah employee. Thanks for a great ownership experience.
