I would have loved to say I was completely satisfied. My rep was gracious and I did t have a problem with her. I brought a flyer which listed appreciation days services, discount and free Acura bag. Dates were May1-December. I received my percentage off , thank you. They said they were already out of bags and didn’t expect any more in very abruptly. A 7 month promotion and I were out completely out before the 1st month was over? Also a list of no cost services to which I don’t remember all(they took my card), but one was replace windshield wiper blades to which I am quite sure weren’t replaced. They were smeary when I turned them in. I do t recall other services snc I don’t have the card so I can’t tell u all services were performed. It was Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend so I assume they were Trying to get more than the normal flow of vehicles serviced before the end of the day. I have always had excellent service before but this time No! I liked the bag that was advertised and suggest don’t advertise it until going to run out completely in the first month of a seven month promotion. I’m just a little disappointed in the rush service and lossy promotion that was advertised.

Sabrina is an amazing woman. If she didnt have that giant rock on her finger I would ask her out. Her smile is infectious. Also Sabrina is so good at making guests feel welcome and valued!

Chad made me feel comfortable getting my car repaired. I knew how much it would be and when it would be finished. Your prices are comparable too, I checked! I really appreciate that because I know I’m getting the job done by a credible long-time Portland institution and not paying too much.
