I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs. Because I didn’t get a text saying my car was complete. A phone call should also should be made, not just trust someone received a text. I didn’t receive anything and spent an extra hour just sitting around doodling my thumbs.

We were a bit frustrated today with the pricing of the oil change today. Online it appeared it would cost about $70. When I walked in, Brittany told me my cost woiuld be $83. When my service was complete, the total came to $92. It wasn't clear that the $83 I preapproved was the before tax cost. I thought it was the after tax cost of the $70 service.
Girls on trampolines would really increase your business and my satisfaction, just sayin'...
She did a great job checking me in all the way through the process. Kept me informed. I like texting system. More convienient.
