Gary is always friendly, listens when you try to explain the problem(s) may be .He shares his what the issues may be,when they may be able to assess with the technicians. He informs the customer of the tech's report, keeps me informed. I trust him and Hanna VW. They know that and they know if they loose that trust they also loose this customer . Hanna has serviced my 2003 Eurovan sense 2003 and hope to continue. H. hagin

The timing was absolutely terrible. The car took almost six hours to service and ended up causing a lot of inconvenience as we live three hours away. My husband had to get off of work early that day (without pay) in order to pick up our daughter from daycare on time. Also, he had to go purchase another car seat as I had the only one in my car. It wasn't the best day. With that said, Ryan is amazing and always gives us the best customer service. He always makes sure we a get a loaner car and is great communicating with us. This is the first time in six years I can say that this was a less than great experience. I am honestly not worried about it because we area all human...I am confident that my next service will be much closer to the quoted finish time and the whole situation will be less expensive.

I got home and parked the car, two hours later I went in the garage and noticed that it was leaking what look like coolant. I'm planning on bringing the car back on Monday to see what the issue is.

I had come in to get the inside of my car detailed which was 100$ so not super cheap and when I came to pick it up no one went over anything with me as to what was done. After looking around the car I found multiple things that were missed. One thing in particular, there was soda spilled in my cup holder which was there when I had dropped it off which was one of the reasons I had brought it in. From the employees there, apparently the person who cleaned my car had sprayed the cup holder and the soda went everywhere leaving sticky spots all over including the dash a lot of the handles, all over my keys and all over to roof. I will not be bringing my car back for service anymore as I can't trust what I am paying for is getting done properly.

Ryan helped us out by giving us a loaner car while our car was waiting on parts to be shipped in and that we didnt have to worry about getting a rental car. Thanks again and for your overall customer service.
