Actually, I was extremely pleased with Britany and the actual service on my car. Everything was timely, well-explained, and very helpful.
My ONLY dissatisfaction was when I pulled into the garage FIRST,, but was ignored while the attendant walked to the SECOND person to check him in. When I questioned the attendant about ignoring me to speak with a different client, he was dismissive to me. I was extremely offended.
You were able to get my car in fast and figure out what might have been causing the issue for my engine light to come on. On top of that, took initiative to do the recall on my car which was very appreciated.
