Whend I went to pick my car the person that **** hannah employee was totally out of place, he hase no idea where was my paper work worse when I ask what was done to my car that I have to paid 1,100 dollars, only the next service representative Girl came down and explain what was done to my car, the employee excuse for such a poor customer service was that he was New at his job, not to mention that my car never got vacuum or wash but I'm very familiar with the **** hanna apologies over the phone for more then 15 years I been a customer that spend my money not because you do an excellent job but because I'm proud to drive one of the best car brand in the world VW

I asked the new fob be programed to match the old fob. When i picked up the car i was told there were two keys programmed . I was confused, the only keys I got were the new and old fobs. I was thinking that meant they had programmed a single key, since they were doing it. Sounded like they did me a favor 2 for the price of one.

Pablo, I meant to send text earlier. Have complaint, looks like a very poor job of vacuuming my floor boards (if done at all), not sure any Rainx was applied to windshield and I was quoted $255, I'm ok with $259.44 but don't care for the $15.48 in Misc. Charges that were added after the fact. What say you??
