I have a breathalyzer installed in my car and when I picked it up, I was “locked out” and had to go have it reset. This apparently happens all the time when cars go to **** Hannah, according to the breathalyzer technician I go to. I told Brittany to have someone call me if there were any issues with it and I never received a call and was told that there were no problems at all. Well having to go and have the device reset took time out of my very busy anniversary day plans to handle that. Apparently the lockout was caused by someone leaving my car running and ignoring the very loud beeping telling someone to blow. Also the complimentary wash is never good, I don’t even know why it’s offered. I’m done giving **** Hannah any more business, I’m alaways disappointed. I can go elsewhere for a comparable or better price and receive MUCH better customer service.

Ryan was very attentive to my concern. I really appreciate him explaining everything and taking the time to make sure everything was done right.
The 20000 mile service took just over one hour , perfect.
Thereafter it took one and a half hour to put a little foam in to an air vent to stop a rattling noise, far too long!
Then it took over 20 minutes to finish the paperwork.
So my visit was 3 hours long which was far too long and I have to come back on Friday to get a replacement part to stop the rattling noise.
Really hope my Friday visit will be quick

Just wish they had better planned for their car wash to be open and not frozen. Car was vacuumed but not well. The rest of the team was great.

I was disappointed that I had to pay 245 dollars for an oil change and filter. I saw on your guys website that an oil service is 69.49. So I paid $175.51 for a tire Rotation and a filter? Everything else that comes with the service I got is free (battery test) (break inspection) I feel like I was over paying and at this point wouldn’t recommend **** Hannah because it just shows me how money hungry this dealer is. I talked to my tech and he said that this is the price even tho I showed him the prices and he said this is what is required for a 20000 mile service. My car is good. Happy with the wash and oil change but I feel like I got ripped off.

The service was good just to expensive in my opinion.
It was not Paublos fault.
My car was not washed when we picked it up and paid $1600.00 for the bill.
