A 2 hr wait seems rather extreme for having an appointment.

Pablo seems to regard everyone who brings a vehicle in as an idiot. After explaining my situation, the summary on the paperwork indicates he had already determined what was going on and disregarded the input given.
Brought my car in at noon, said they are at lunch until 1:00, and I would be first in line for my oil change, which is fine-but then it took another hour for my car to be done and I had to ask for my car-and they did not go over what was done!

1. 30K miles entered into owner's service record book instead of actual less than 20K
2. Pollen filter replaced when VW says good for 40K ($$$)
3. New TPMS sticker applied to door jamb w/o consent in a sloppy manner
The service was thorough and the staff was polite.
Great and speedy service got the car in that day. Friendly and kept us up to date on everything
Repairs done as needed in a timely manner.
Pablo was able to keep my service going, knowing that I was waiting. And while waiting found the waiting area and Wifi helpful.
