My parts were on back order, not Ryan’s fault, but he agreed to accommodate me with a car when my parts came in and I had to leave the Touareg again. Didn’t figure out why the vehicle shuttered when idling, so I’m hoping that will go away because the water pump was replaced.

The service department not only took care of my car and what it needed but also an additional concern that I brought to their attention. On top of all that they washed it better than any other dealership has washed and vacuumed the car before. Nice job to all!

Surprised I was charged $68 to “reset the computer for a new battery I had installed day before service”. I am quite sure during the diesel emissions fix computer was flashed, rebooted or otherwise reset. Guess I shouldn’t have mentioned the new battery.

Didn’t wash my car, was told I needed new wiper blades( which I just replaced a year ago and car is seldom driven so they are practically new, was told I needed oil change although it was changed less than 1000 Miles ago. Seems like a scam. Also I asked for an estimate on repairing front bumper sensor and instead was given an estimate to replace it. The sensor works fine it has just been pushed inside. And btw my car has never gotten washed when I used to bring it on. They always forgot. I was supposed to get lifetime car washed but you only did that for a couple of years. Just lots of things that would keep me from ever coming in for routine work.
