Was not pleased to begin with check up, drove off, called and came back. Scott was most helpful upon my return, didn't get my Works price in, gave me a credit for next oil change.
The work that was done , changing my Alternater, was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction, thank you.
My service wood have been good if I was helped but I spent the hole day getting the run around and my Wife was thinking about getting a ford but we are thinking about Honda now do to lack of service and I'm sorry to say this but if someone quoted me a price I expect them to stick to there word I'm ashamed to see what this world is coming to hopefully they can do better in the future

I was unsatisfied with the service today because no one came out to greet me and asked me what was wrong with my car I had to get out my car and go inside No One greeted me when I went inside no one called me and told me that my car was ready I received the email and then they still didn't know if my car was ready when I called them I was very unhappy with my service today and I feel like I should get a free oil change on my next visit because I was very disappointed never had service like that before everyone was everywhere no one help you at all...
I didn't have an appointment but everything was done in a timely manner. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Mr. Guernsey was very polite and courteous. Thanks for a job well done.
Hallie was very helpful and took time to call with up dates on how my service was progressing. She even had my truck out and ready to be picked up for me. The only down fall was inside my truck it had the smell of the work shop in it. I had to spray freshener in it to get the smell out.
Service was great. But recall said that y'all would furnish. A rental and that didn't happen, very disappointed with that !!!
