I have had problems with my truck for the past 2 months. I had it evaluated initially at a local Ford dealer who could not find the problem. I called don bohn service at the request of region Ford manager since I purchased my truck at this dealer. I was happy with the quickness for which my truck was diagnosed and repaired. However, I called in advance and scheduled an appointment to have my truck evaluated. When I arrived, I was made to feel like my previous attempts to call and schedule appointment was redundant. I was made to feel like my truck was an imposition. I bought my truck from this dealer and felt like I should have gotten a service loaner especially since I had driven so far to get there. I had to rent a car for the 5 days that my truck was being repaired, and although I had the rental fee covered daily, I still had to pay for the daily insurance. (This was optional, but because of the distance and my unfamiliarity with traffic in the New Orleans area, I purchased the insurance.) I chose this dealer due to the selection that was available in the type of truck I wanted, but I do not feel I was valued as a customer and hope no one else has this experience.

Wanted to get rebate on new tires it did ask service adviser twice I was told mail it in when I went to do that after I paid it said had to pay with Ford credit card I'm very upset I call a few times to c what I can do now but like always someone will call u back and still no response
