As always, Smiley is great and easy to work with. He's up front and clear so I know what to expect. He does what he says he's going to do and that's rare to find.

I think the walk way to the waiting room is Not customer friendly. The build should had Been turn so your customers would not Have to walk so far.

Service man extremely polite n kept me informed. My vehicle was ready extremely fast

One of the managers was very pleasant and he helped me out with my situation one guy at the service department tried to push me under the rug like my problem wasn't important

Our service agent Terry was very nice and helpful. However, a technician drove our van under the awning and scratch the top well below the paint. Terry had it fixed but when we picked it up the third time, there was white paint over-spray all over the windshield and right side of the car. There was so much, it clogged the drains by the windshield wipers. Again, everyone is very nice but there does not seem to be any quality control before the cars are released to the owners. Add to this, we found a dent in the rear bumper the day after we brought the car home after the first time. We cannot prove it was the dealership, but we think it was likely. All in all, we had the car in 3 times in a month and we are not really all that better off. I hope this helps your processes.
