Marty was kind, and obviously overwhelmed with all the recent recalls - which I'm sure everyone at this location was, but to be completely honest, I felt a little neglected while I waited 2 1/2 hours for a new battery installation while trying to occupy two toddlers. On the bright side, while I waited, I cleaned the filthy "play room" and organized the furniture in a safer arrangement.
Rob is doing what he can,but the problem we brought it in for wasn't fixed. Its easily recognized,but some how it didn't.
Have an appointment with the shop foreman Wednesday. No reflection on Rob, he's been great
