My service advisor went out of his way to provide my needs with exceptional service and professionalism. My needs were a bit unusual and they were met head on in a manner that would merit an exceptional reflection of the service one would expect of a first class dealership like Fisher Chevrolet. Heinz and the service was great but we have spent over $10,000 in repairs for our 2 Chevy vehicles this year so it would have been nice if the car was washed before they said it was ready and we picked it up.

Marty was kind, and obviously overwhelmed with all the recent recalls - which I'm sure everyone at this location was, but to be completely honest, I felt a little neglected while I waited 2 1/2 hours for a new battery installation while trying to occupy two toddlers. On the bright side, while I waited, I cleaned the filthy "play room" and organized the furniture in a safer arrangement.

Rob is doing what he can,but the problem we brought it in for wasn't fixed. Its easily recognized,but some how it didn't. Have an appointment with the shop foreman Wednesday. No reflection on Rob, he's been great
