My truck sat there for 5 hours after my appointment time and never got seen. Then I got an update asking if I had any questions and the response was... a tech hadn’t looked at it yet and that was 6 hours after my appointment time!!! I called and left a message with Levi and didn’t get a call back for an hour so I called again, and he picked up on the first ring. This is now 2pm and my truck was there at 7am... and Levi tells me it still wasn’t with a tech yet!!! I told him to keep the truck overnight and I will pick it up in the morning. He said ok, he was off at 5pm and would call me before he left with an update...... NO CALL!!! Crap customer care!!!!!

Chevy knows that there is a problem with the 2016 Malibu’s. A recall was put out to help prevent a cracked piston, but the recall had nothing to do with the actual piston. Chevy should still be fixing the design defect, that the dealership even confirmed. This is a HUGE disappointment and I will never go back to Chevy again. Very very poor everything on Chevy’s part.
