I asked the tire pressure be checked and I’m not sure it was done. I found the tires were still over inflated as I was driving home.

Service rep (Marty) had horrible customer service skills. Other sales rep tried to overcharge me for the service but I showed him the written estimate for the price I was quoted and he made a big deal of it saying he was doing ME a “favor” by honoring the written price. Really? I’m giving you business on top of the two vehicles we’ve purchased from you but ok... from now on, we will switch to Ford when we need new cars.
Carlos was professional and helpful like always and Jose in the service department did a great job.
The oil life counter on the truck has not been reset and three out of four tire air valve caps were missing. Carlos tried to find the originals but they disappeared somehow. These are longer than regular caps because they cover th length of the valve stem. He gave me three regular caps that are shorter. Plus was confusing to get oil change because I used to check in into the fisher Chevy side the changed to Chrysler side and now back to Chevy side. Be nice to gove the info on your text or email confirmation.
