It was a very pleasant experience, from the time I turned over my car & when it was returned. I am not sure if the gentleman is Marty that came out when I arrived and he did the paperwork but I was very impressed with him. He was very courteous and pleasant both when I arrived and when he gave me back my keys and told me my service was complete. My car was even washed! Thank you

It is ridiculous that you have an appointment at 7 in the morning and they can't get to your car until 3 in the afternoon. Supposedly nothing was wrong even though the check engine light has been on for 2 weeks. Not very happy with the last oil change either. We take two vehicles there plus have family members who take there vehicles there and we are ready to take our business elsewhere.

After a very tough night with a dead battery and having to leave our car in a parking lot overnight we called Heinz for help. I'm stuck over and got the car towed in and replace the battery in no time at all. Excellent service and I'm still care of us we appreciate everything. It was nice to have our car washed When we picked it up. It was great customer service5.
