Not satisfied! First employees were kind of rude and disrespectful. Second they took a lot of days to approved me for a rental car and to fix my car. Third the car is still making a weird noise and sometimes smells like smoke like something is burnig in front of my car I dont know if that has to be with the engine or something else in the car. At the end of all of this experiences I completly disliked it. I hope this never happens to anyone else. Hope you have a nice day.

Although the staff is really nice I thought the wait was too much. I had made an appointment for 7, I arrived 10 minutes before they opened, and I left more than 2 hours later. I thought an appointment would make my appointment would make the oil change quicker than walk ins without appointment. I have no other comments or complaints.
It was just an oil change, but I didn’t get any feedback on the multipoint inspection that came with this service. Not sure if it was done as I have gotten it on my previous visits. I did tell Carlos I didn’t want the DEF topped off because it’s $25 which was included with my previous visits, but I would have liked the multipoint safety inspection so I knew all was well with everything else with my truck.
Levi takes care of any situation that I have in a very timely manner. He’s a great service guy!
Very friendly. Answered all the questions I had. I'm very satisfied with the help that he gave me. I would definitely go back if my vehicle needs service the next time I'm in Yuma.
