I was still not able to get an answer on whether or not i had received my two DEF fluid top offs. I called a month ago and was rudely not provided with an answer. I left two voice mails to the service manager “Sandy” asking her to please call me back to help me and did not recieve a call. I no longer trust any of the service records as i have not been able to get correct answer to my service questions. I continously get told that the DEFfluod service should have been done but are not able to tell me they actually did it. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Very different treatment from when i was being sold the vehicle. Do not expect me to buy from this dealership again, especially with the lack of customer service from your service department.

My truck was kept overnight and still no closer to figuring out what is causing these minor but very irritating issues. Mainly because the person that was thought to work on the truck was on vacation. More wasted time. On top of that I’m told I have to take the truck in one more time (3 total) before an issue report (don’t remember what it is called) can be given to GM to further look into the issues. It is a waste of my time. I know the dealer don’t want to waste money but man I bought a brand new truck. My very first New vehicle. My work schedule makes it damn near impossible to get my truck in to try to find the problem. At this point I would rather just swap out the stereo deck to see if that issue continues. Honestly I’m considering my options of just returning the truck. I’m paying a lot of money for a new vehicle with issues.

Apparently last time I got my oil changed the technician forgot to put the oil dip stick in. Luck for me we went on vacation and I needed another oil change in a months time so when my wife took her car in and they told her there was no dip stick they checked the technicians tool box and sure enough there was my dip stick. This is nuts what would have happened if I needed an oil change 6 month from now would the dip stick still be there or would I have or order another? Attention to detail is lacking greatly in this service department. If oil changes were not free I would never take this or another vehicle to this dealership
