Scheduled an appointment last week online, got a call saying the time and day we chose was not available. We had to wait another week for service which was slightly annoying. Scheduled our appointment over the phone for 8:30 did not leave until 10:30. We like to schedule our appointments to avoid long waits, but this was ridiculous even with an appointment I waited 2 hours.
I am completely satisfied with my vehicle care. Carlos provides excellent service. He makes sure I’m up to date with any updates he gets regarding my vehicle. I appreciate his hard and honest work. Excellent service.

I was satisfied with the friendly staff. The only issue I have is the issue I brought my vehicle in for is still there. I don’t believe it was anyone’s negligence, it’s just a weird noise coming from the back of my 2017 Silverado. They said they power washed my leaf springs and greased them and that seemed to fix my issue. Once I drove my truck home I noticed the same noice as before.
Was greeted quickly and pleasantly. Was shown filter that needed replacement and asked if I wanted to replace. Work was done quickly. Lady at payment desk was also pleasant and quick. Was nice to go out to a clean car.
Hector was courteous and a complete professional. Had errands to run and he ensured I was up to date on my oil Chan’s and tire rotation. He even had the pickup service to my house promptly. I would love to have Hector as my trusted Fisher representative again. Respectively, Steve
My car makes more weird noises after he “test drove” it and now my door doesn’t seal properly and it squeaks when I put it in park, I came in for brakes and you’ve somehow managed to make my car worse

There is a computer glitch that is difficult to diagnose. Navigation system seems to be at the root of the problem. The maps are not updating, can't locate a friend's address that I can locate on my phone. Discouraged with the problem however Shelly assisting me and is encouraging that this can be resolved.
