Went for oil change.
Was told vehicle needed a battery but not informed
really why.
Plus was not informed about upcoming
Required Maintenance or cost.
I had an appointment and it took until 4:30 to know what needs to be fixed. Why so long. If I would have gone with the repairs they would have to be done on Saturday or Monday. Why have an appointment if you're not going to get back to me right before you close?

Change engine oil last Friday,I’m in Phoenix,checked oil level,engine oil is low,had to added 3 qtd,vey poor service

Nada conforme!!! Por que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien!!! No es normal que por un puerto salga menos aire!!! Es algo que se tiene que solucionar no es justo un carro nuevo que tenga este desperfecto!!! Espero solucionen este problema!!! No nos sentimos cómodos con este vehículo sin tener la satisfacción que de que el copiloto sufra calor que no funcione bien como deve ser!!!!
