Service writer was great. Mechanic not so much. He was supposed to check for other issues during oil change and completely missed air filter that was clogged solid. I also asked for center air dam missing screw to be replaced. He charged me but bolt is still missing. Will not be back to your shop for these reasons.
Great service. Hector Aguirrebarrena went above and beyond. Got me in and out within an hour or so.
Finally there was someone that was nice,unlike last time I had to go to Toyota to have my service done because I was treated badly.
