It was well serviced and in good mechanical condition

Had an oil change appointment at 1:30. Arrived to the dealership and turned my keys over around 1:15. I also signed my vehicle up for tire rotation and wash. Even though the total outcome was completed, the disturbing part was that it took 2 hours to complete. I noticed when I arrived that I came ahead of the crowd and left after the crowd, that was annoying in itself. I believe the most unsatisfactory part of it all is how patient I was not asking questions expecting the highest quality work out of the employee mechanics, but that was not the outcome. I received my vehicle after patiently waiting 2 hours not receiving any communication on why it’s taking so long, someone’s half drank plastic water bottle in my cup holder, and dirty/greasy hands on my driver side door and steering wheel. I know the quality of work this establishment can produce but today was not it.
