The recall went great however when I asked to get my truck serviced at the same time they said they needed my truck all day. I have always had my truck serviced at the Chevy dealer in Wyoming and i never had to leave my truck all day so I had to take it elsewhere

Andrew did an exceptional job completing my service in a timely manner. The entire service took only about 20 minutes. I barely had time to check my messages on my cell phone after I sat down before Andrew came back to me to tell me the vehicle was done. I was so impressed! Thank you for completing my first service on my GMC Acadia, and, most of all, thank you for hiring quality professionals like Andrew.

The truck was inspected by the team and deemed mechanically sound, inspected twice. Coolant is leaking somehow and was brought to the attention of the team. Still leaking. Less than 1 week of owning the vehicle.
I took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and I know I didn't have an appointment for it but had left it till you guys had a chance to squeeze it in and I greatly appreciate that you guys were able get it done that same day. The only thing I was a little disappointed with or about was that when I dropped it off I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed and I said yes to having it washed. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed it didn't get washed and Im guessing when the mechanic was working on my truck he left a few hand prints or smuges on one side of front fender with what looked to be oil that could have been on his work gloves. I didn't say anything or make a big deal about it cause you guys were able to squeez me in yesterday. Other than that everything else was perfect!
My daughter took my truck in for the service and they were trying to push services that were not needed. I feel that they were trying to take advantage her.

I took my truck in for alignment and Fisher Chevy was not able to correct the issue. Waste of my time for having truck there for 8 hours and this was the second time its been in for the alignment. 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd.
