Service was so customer focused! They were not only quick but so thorough! On top of that my car was cleaned. And it was 100 percent free. Thank you soooooo much. I gotta add that Levi Wilmer was so friendly that I could not wait to write a review for him. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

My service tech did not want to honor the warranty I’m pretty sure I have for free oil changes up until 100k miles, the place in chandler told me every Chevy place should honor it. And here in Yuma at fishers Chevy they couldn’t even explain why they wouldn’t honor it they just told me it’s because I didn’t buy the truck here and it seemed like they were just wanting my money and to rush me out. I will not be going back. I would rather drive 3 hours to a place that treats me well.

My trl. Brakes were installed,but the problem with my tailgate was not resolved .i was told they found nothing wrong that more than likely tail gate was out of line from impact. I took my truck back to body shop and was told latch mechanism was partly damaged. This is a warranty issue that could have been addressed, not at all happy with the way this was handled
