I came in for an oil change and after arriving home I checked the oil to observe the lever and noticed the oil was dirty. Not sure if they actually did an oil change. I attempted to call the service department from home but I got no answer I spent $218 for filters replacement and tire rotation. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes so they can wash the vehicle. When they told me the vehicle was ready, it turned out my car was not washed, I went back inside to ask why my truck wasn't washed, they told me their machine was down. It seems I waited 30 minutes for nothing
