First time having my oil change and I had my booklet on hand and I was told I was gonna have it filled by the guy that helped me and that I needed my tires rotated and needed to pay 18 dlls but my oil change was free and I was gonna have my truck washed. Well neither my booklet was filled.. Nor my truck was washed all the guy that helped me was sorry.. Wish I would of known his name.. Poor customer service. I was so disappointed.

I was told that I had to pay for the oil change on my 2014 Cadillac CYS-V. I know this vehicle is still under warranty. The Tech told me Cadillac no longer allows Fisher to do warranty work on them. The tech gave me a number for Cadillac consumer services. I called and spoke with them and they had no knowledge of such a position. I am now trying to find out if I can be reimbursed for the $59.00 I paid Secondly, the tech should have to me about the restriction BEFORE he did the work. Then let me make an informed decision. I feel as though I’ve been duped. That was very unprofessional!!

Levi did an excellent job but your tech didn't complete his work. Levi is working with me to correct the situation but now I have to make another trip in from the foothills to make corrections. This is the second time in a row that I've brought my truck to you and needed a second trip because a tech didn't finish his work.

When changeing my oil they didnt use fender covers and scratch the **** out of them. So not happy just seen it 20 minutes ago i will be rasing hell tomarrow.
